Help raise funds for the school while you shop.  Simply:

• Log onto www.easyfundraising.org.uk
• Create an account
• Choose Friends of Lanterns as your charity
• Shop as normal and we will get a donation from every participating store. 

Fundraising

As well as having regular fundraising events for Friends of Lanterns, Lanterns Nursery School takes part in national fundraising for important campaigns, like BBC Children in Need and Comic Relief. We will share links with parents/carers to allow them to donate electronically as well as accepting cash donations at school.  This allows us to contribute to raising much needed funds for projects that benefit children across the UK and internationally.  It also means we all get to dress up too!

Sponsor a Fish 🐠 🐡 🐟 

We have a £1,000 per annum bill to keep the aquarium in the Reception area in good order. This is a large amount of money out of a continually decreasing school budget.  Children love the fish and it is often a way to encourage them into the building when they are feeling reluctant, and they will remember the fish at Lanterns for years to come.

So…how about stepping up to sponsor a fish? The children can chose the fish they wish to sponsor and even give it a name.  Any donation will be gratefully received. You can transfer the money directly into the Friends of Lanterns account (details are available from the team on Reception) or use Friends of Lanterns Local Giving and use the Donate button.
